Jacob Donald Boucher
Matt and Amy Boucher, Eudora, announce the birth of their son, Jacob Donald, on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
Jacob weighed 7 pounds 3 ounces and was 19-1/2 inches long. He has an older brother, Nathan, 15 months.
Grandparents are Don and Mary Boucher, Lawrence, and Suzie Glessner, Independence, Mo.
Great-grandparents are Louis Boucher, Lawrence, and Forest and Marilyn Honeyball and Vaa and Ila Malolo, all of Independence, Mo.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
