Eudora Planning Commission members decided a 190-foot monopole cell phone tower in the city didn’t have such a nice ring to it at a meeting July 2, when the Commission didn’t recommend approval for the AT&T project. But the project isn’t completely out of range: the Eudora City Council could approve the measure in the future.
