De Soto rematch ends Cardinal soccer season

The game was a statistical disaster for the Cardinals. De Soto outscored Eudora by 10 and out-shot the Cardinals by 21. But believe it or not, Eudora played pretty well.

The final chapter in Eudora volleyball’s storybook season revealed an unhappy ending Oct. 25 in Lansing. The Cardinals lost a second-round regional match with Tonganoxie 23-25, 25-21, 13-15.

The Eudora Cardinal football team blew away the Cyclones of Bishop Ward Friday at Laws Field. Eudora rode on the back of its great defense and the legs of junior fullback Brendan Jackson to the 13-0 senior night shutout.
