Woodward, Hetrick wed

Meta Woodward, Eudora, and James Hetrick, Lecompton, married June 19, 2004, at an outdoor wedding at Fall Leaf Farm in Eudora with the Rev. Dan Michaux officiating.
The bride is the daughter of John and Julie Woodward, Eudora. She is the granddaughter of Gary and Pauline Woodward, Lansing, Warren and Betty Dunn, Emporia, and the late Ruth Woodward.
The groom is the son of Dennis and Debbie Hetrick, Lecompton. He is the grandson of Lawrence and Cheryl Hetrick, Tecumseh, Larona Walburn, Topeka, and the late James Hetrick.
Maid of honor was Jill Woodward, sister of the bride. Best man was Mike Barnes. Bridesmaids were Jo Hetrick, sister of the groom, Kristen Woodward, cousin of the bride, and Kristin Grosdidier. Groomsmen were John Boose, Jeff Barnhardt and Nate Giffillan. Flower girl was Paige Hetrick, cousin of the groom. Junior flower girl was Haley Hetrick, daughter of the bride and groom. Ringbearer was Zachary Woodward, cousin of the bride.
Ushers were Jake Hetrick, brother of the groom, and Nathen Myers and Matthew Woodward, cousins of the bride. Guest book attendant was Lexie Hetrick, cousin of the groom. Gift attendant was Lauren Myers, cousin of the bride. Lance Woodward and Caleb Woodward, cousins of the bride, handed out programs. Reception attendants were Kelly Knipp and Kirstie Skelton. Holly Myers, aunt of the bride, and Cheryl Sanders were the caterers.
A reception followed the ceremony at the Fall Leaf Farm.
The bride is a Eudora High School graduate. She is employed at Perry Middle School.
The groom is a Perry-Lecompton High School graduate. He is employed at Schlumberger in Lawrence.
After a honeymoon trip to Colorado, the couple live in Lecompton.
