Smith, Hoover wed
Lindsey Smith, Lawrence, and Jason Hoover, Eudora, married Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004, at Plymouth Congregational Church in Lawrence with the Rev. Peter Luckey officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Marcia Smith, Lawrence. The groom is the son of James and Carole Hoover, Eudora.
Maid of honor was Corey Smith, sister of the bride. Best man was Mark Brunk. Bridesmaids were Grace Hoover, Julie Kellogg and Dawna Rutledge. Groomsmen were Jim Hoover, Rodney Jones and Chad Rodriguez.
Flower girl was Sarah Martin. Ring bearer was David Martin. Ushers were Justin Johnson, Randy Cook, Jarrett Enright and Christopher Maples. Candlelighters were Jamie Whitt and Lisa Graham. Guest book and gift table attendant was Julie Lucito. The wedding coordinator was Carmen Hocking.
A reception followed the ceremony at the Holidome ballroom in Lawrence.
The bride is a 1997 graduate of Lawrence High School. She received a bachelor's degree in communication studies from Kansas University in 2004. She is a supervisor in retail sales for Sears in Lawrence.
The groom is a 1992 graduate of Eudora High School. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kansas State University in 1997. He is a loan officer for Kaw Valley Bank.
After a honeymoon trip to Puerto Rico, the couple reside in Eudora.
