Bobby L. Gulley
Services for Bobby Lee Gulley, 68, De Soto, were Tuesday, June 7, at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel, De Soto. Burial was in De Soto Cemetery.
Mr. Gulley died Friday, June 3, 2005, at his home.
He was born May 22, 1937, in Kansas City, Kan., the son of Ernest and Lola Gulley.
He grew up in Kansas City and joined the Navy in 1956, where he was stationed on the USS Yorktown. He worked for Roadway Express and for CertainTeed Insulation Company until he retired.
Mr. Gulley was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Eudora.
Survivors include two sons, Bobby Gulley and Mark Gulley, both of De Soto; a daughter, Tammy Malay, Kansas City, Kan.; four brothers, Jim Gulley, Larry Gulley and Dan Gulley, all of De Soto, and Buck Gulley, Climax Springs, Mo.; five sisters, Betty Parr and Beulah Miller, both of De Soto, Judy Freese, Lenexa, Kathy Bohlken, Mission, and Peggie Holwick, McLouth.
A brother, Joe Gulley, and a grandson died earlier.
