Keith W. Sorenson

Graveside inurnment services for Keith W. Sorenson, 82, Yates Center, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Yates Center Cemetery.
Mr. Sorenson died Thursday, June 9, 2005, in Yates Center.
He was born April 2, 1923, in Yates Center, the son of William N. and Jessie Blanche Wilhite Sorenson. He attended school in Yates Center.
Mr. Sorenson served in the U.S. Army Air Force in Europe as a glider mechanic and co-pilot during World War II. He worked as an auto mechanic and was a life member of American Legion Post No. 13 in Yates Center. He was also a member of the Disabled Veterans of America.
He married Margaret Reavis. They divorced.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Sorenson, Yates Center, and Bryan Sorenson, Lawrence; two brothers, Norman Sorenson, Yates Center, and Marvin Sorenson, Chanute; a sister, Sadie Burton, Iola; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to American Legion Post No. 13, sent in care of Campbell Funeral Home, P.O. Box 188, Yates Center 66783.
