Police report

Sunday/August 6
¢ Arrest. At about 3:50 a.m. in the 900 block of Cedar Place, officers arrested a 44-year-old male for driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
¢ Accident. At about 2:10 p.m. in 1200 block of Spruce Street, officers worked a non-injury two-vehicle accident.
¢ Arrest. At about 6:10 p.m. in the area of Kansas Highway 10 mile marker 9, officers assisted Kansas Highway Patrol in apprehending a 37-year-old male for driving recklessly and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle. Officers forwarded the report to the district attorney.

Monday/August 7
¢ Criminal damage. At about 11:15 a.m. in the 1600 block of Elm Street, officers took a report of criminal damage to recreation equipment in the area. Officers estimated the damage at $250.

Wednesday/August 9
¢ Arrest. At about 7:50 p.m. in the 900 block of Church Street, officers arrested a 25-year-old male for a possession of an illegal substance warrant.

Thursday/August 10
¢ Theft. At about 10:10 a.m. in the area of Seventh and Main Streets, officers took a theft report of parts stolen from a vehicle. Officers estimate the loss at $25.
¢ Arrest. At about 11:30 a.m., officers took a 17-year-old female into custody for a failure to appear in court warrant.

Friday/August 11
¢ Criminal damage. At about 3:25 a.m. in the area of K-10 mile marker 11, officers took a report of criminal damage from a 21-year-old male. The victim reported his vehicle's windshield was struck by an object thrown by a passing car. The victim had no description of the suspect's vehicle.

Saturday/August 12
¢ Theft. At about 6:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of Church Street, officers took a report of a gas drive off. Officers estimated the loss was less than $40.
¢ Arrest. At about 10:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of Church Street, officers arrested a 19-year-old male for failure to appear in court.
