Exchange students head back home
International exchange students Nele Klinger, Tille Andersen, Soeren Quittkat and Tori Fladen will return to their homelands in the very near future.
Klinger and Quittkat are from Germany. Andersen is from Denmark and Fladen is from Norway.
The students arrived in Eudora last August to spend an academic year at Eudora High School and experience the American way of life.
Klinger stayed with the Michelle Miller family. Quittkat's host families were Matt and Bonnie Daigh and Bill and Christina DeArmond. Andersen stayed with Bill and Patty Vigneron and Fladen lived with Kenny and Diane Massey while in Eudora.
The students' visits were arranged through Aspect Foundation in San Francisco. The organization is currently seeking volunteer host families for 2006-2007.
Interested families can view profiles and letters for next year's students on Aspect Foundation's Web site at www.aspectfoundation.org.
For more information about becoming a volunteer host family, call Bill or Patty Vigneron in Eudora at 542-3841, the Aspect Foundation national office at 1-800-US-YOUTH or visit the Web site.
