The March birthday party will be at 5 p.m. Friday in Pinecrest II clubroom.
Those celebrating March birthdays are Tillie Bichelmeyer, Mary Margaret Katzfey, Diane Owens, Kay Isaacs, Bettie Pettie, Michael High, Jim Snell and Clyde Cochran.

Kim Marteno, Basehor, visited Elsie Mathia Friday afternoon.

Gertrude Coon visited her son and daughter-in-law Steve and Sue Coon Sunday afternoon in Baldwin City.

Tillie Bichelmeyer, Emma Jean Taylor, Ellen Moll, Lenexa, Julia Polfer, Olathe, and Janice Kelly, Overland Park, had lunch and played cards Tuesday at the home of Valerie Richardson.

Gina Thompkins and her son Mason, Lone Jack, Mo., spent Saturday with their mother and grandmother Clarice Morriss.

Clarice Morriss and Mary Paulsom had lunch Friday with Kenneth and Alta Vorhies. Mary was moving to Lawrence over the weekend.

Bud Neilson is still a patient at the Kansas University Medical Center. He is in intensive care, but improving slowly every day.

Bertie Morriss had minor surgery Friday at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

My son David Tuggle and my grandson Austin visited me Saturday afternoon. It was David's birthday.

Pam and Wilson Snively, Maryville, Mo., visited me Saturday afternoon.

My daughter Sharon Musick and my great-great-granddaughter Aftyn Hankins and I went shopping Friday in Lawrence.
