Police report

Sunday/March 3
¢ Arrest. At about 12:10 a.m. in the area of Kansas Highway 10 mile marker 11, officers arrested a 29-year-old male for driving under the influence.
¢ Theft. At about 11:40 a.m. in the 900 block of Birch Street, officers took a report of a stolen car. A 49-year-old female victim reported her 1992 Ford Escort stolen. Officers believed the theft occurred in the early morning or late evening. No suspect information currently, and the investigation is ongoing.

Monday/March 6
¢ Arrest. At about 1:55 a.m. in the 1400 block of Church Street, officers arrested a 24-year-old male for driving under the influence.


Wednesday/March 8
¢ Intimidation. At about 10:05 a.m. in the 1500 block of E. 15th Street, a 39-year-old female victim reported contact by a suspect she was testifying against. The victim felt the suspect was trying to intimidate her. Officers forwarded the report to the district attorney's office.
¢ Theft. At about 12:45 p.m. in the 2100 block of Stratton Circle, officers investigated theft of construction equipment at a home under construction. Officers estimate loss in excess of $3,000. There are no suspects currently and the theft is still under investigation.

Thursday/March 9
¢ Arrest. At about 8:50 p.m. in the 1200 block of Blue Stem Drive, officers arrested a 24-year-old male for two failure to appear in court warrants.

Friday/March 10
¢ Theft. At about 11:10 p.m. in the area of 14th and Church Streets, officers arrested 19-year-old male for theft.
¢ Battery. At about 1:55 p.m. in the 1200 block of Blue Stem Drive, officers took a report from a 34-year-old male victim. The victim reported being beaten by two 19-year-old male suspects. The battery is still under investigation.

Saturday/March 11
¢ Arrest. At about 10:10 a.m. in area of 15th Street and Greenway apartments, officers arrested a 18-year-old male for violating probation.
