Police report

Sunday/March 12
¢ Arrest. At about 1:45 a.m. in the 1100 block of Fir Street, officers arrested a 32-year-old female for failure to appear in court warrants.
¢ Arrest. At about 3:45 a.m. in the area of Kansas Highway 10 mile marker 11, officers arrested a 21-year-old female for driving under the influence.
¢ Lightning. At about 7:40 p.m. in the 700 block of Church Street, officers investigated a lightning strike to a building. Officers found the structure sustained minimal damage.

Tuesday/March 14
¢ Theft. At about 6:10 p.m. in the 900 block of Oak Street, officers took a theft report of a bicycle. The bicycle was later recovered and returned to the owner.
¢ Theft. At about 8 p.m. in the 1300 block of Ash Street, officers took a theft report from a 27-year-old female victim. She reported items had been taken from a vehicle. Officers estimated the loss at $1,400.

Wednesday/March 15
¢ Attempted burglary. At about 10:20 a.m. in the 200 block of East 10th Street, officers took a report of an attempted burglary. Officers estimated damage at less than $100. There are no suspects, and the investigation is ongoing.
¢ Suspicious activity. At about 6:50 p.m. in the 1400 block of Church Street, officers took a report from three juvenile girls who said a white male suspect appeared to be taking pictures of them from his car. The vehicle was described as dark green and it was believed to be a Ford Mustang.

Thursday/March 16
¢ Arrest. At about 9:10 a.m. in the 1000 block of Maple Street, officers arrested a 25-year-old female for failure to appear in court warrants.

Friday/March 17
¢ Arrest. At about 6 p.m. in the 600 block of East 15th Street, officers arrested a 26-year-old male for failure to appear in court warrants.
¢ Theft. At about 12:40 p.m. in the 600 block of West 12th Street, officers took a report of stolen lawn ornaments. Officers estimated the loss at less than $50.
