Funeral services for Phyllis L. Andersen, 52, Baldwin City, were Wednesday, Nov. 29, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence. Burial was in the Clinton Cemetery.

Mrs. Andersen died Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006 at her home.

She was born March 28, 1954, in Gardner, the daughter of Earl J. and Mildred L. Leatherman Rousselo.

She worked for Lawrence Memorial Hospital in the medical records department and as a unit clerk, certified nurse's assistant and a physical therapist assistant.

She was active in Lawrence Memorial Hospital activities and was coordinator for the United Way. She also was involved with Girl Scouts.

She married Darrell L. Andersen on Feb. 8, 1975, in Vinland. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Stacie Andersen, Miami, Mo., and Kelly Andersen, Lawrence; four sisters, Patricia Copp, Tatha Oshel and Shannon Channel, all of Lawrence; and Shelly Buchanan, Eudora; two brothers Earl "Jim" Rousselo and Charles Rousselo, both of Lawrence; and three grandchildren.

A sister preceded her in death.

The family suggests memorials to the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Endowment- Oncology Unit, sent in care of the Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th St., Lawrence 66044.
