Eudora High ensembles to perform

Baker University's music department will feature its choral ensembles at the Fall Choral Concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Rice Auditorium. Admission is free.

The University Singers, Concert Choir and Chamber Singers, along with guest choir, Cantorei, a select women's ensemble from Eudora High School, will perform at the concert.

The University Singers will perform selections by Handel, Delibes and Kesselman. The Chamber Singers will sing an English madrigal by Morley and two jazz selections. The Baker Concert Choir will perform selections by Bruckner, Lloyd Pfautsch, John Leavitt, Randall Thompson, Hans Hassler and selected waltzes from the "Liebeslieder-Walzer Opus 52" by Johannes Brahms.

Under the direction of Angela Yarnell, the guest choir will sing four selections and join the Baker Concert Choir for the final performance.

The Baker choral ensembles are under the direction of John Buehler, professor of music, and accompanied by Susan Buehler, associate professor of music.
