5. Public Hearings

(a) Consider an application for a use permitted upon review: George Waters, Lawrence, Kansas for a split of Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, Shadow Ridge 6th Addition to sell individually-owned duplex lots.

(b) Consider a zoning map amendment application by Grob Engineering Services, LLC for recently annexed territory to be subdivided as Fairfield Addition to the City of Eudora, from County Ag to C, R-T and R-1 Districts.

(c) Consider a zoning map amendment application by Landplan Engineering for recently annexed territory to be subdivided as Meadowlark #3 Addition to the City of Eudora, for R-T and R-1 Districts.

6. New Business

(a) Consider a preliminary plat of Fairfield Addition to the City of Eudora.

(b) Staff report: public hearings scheduled for the regular December 6, 2006 meeting:

* zoning map amendment of Lots 1,2,3 and 4, Block 235, Eudora Original Town from R-1 to R-T District.

* zoning map amendment of two parcels in Shadow Ridge 9th Plat on the west side of S. Church Street: a 1.1 acre parcel to C-District, and a 0.3 acre parcel to R-1 District.

7. Old Business

Review an update of the East 10th Street Annexation Plan of Intent Study.
