Letter: Support appreciated
The Eudora Middle School Scrapbook Club would like to thank everyone who donated supplies and money to our organization. Many students are beginners who have no supplies, and we are very appreciative of the community's generosity.
We now have a nice stash of supplies from which to draw for both our crop meetings and classes. We appreciate your willingness to share.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
