Obituary: Leonilla C. Trybom

1919-2007

Mass of Christian burial for Leonilla C. "Lee" Trybom, 88, Lawrence, was Monday, Aug. 6, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Mrs. Trybom died Tuesday, July 31, 2007, at her home.

She was born April 12, 1919, in Haddam, the daughter of Leo Theodore and Katherine Marie Bichel Uhlrich.

Mrs. Trybom was a homemaker. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She volunteered at St. John's Rummage House and was a member of the church altar society. She was also a 4-H leader for many years.

She married Carl Trybom on Aug. 11, 1945, in Clifton. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Kathy Bryant, Linwood, and Mary Trybom, Lawrence; a son Jim Trybom, Monticello, Ill.; a sister, Marie Trybom, Lawrence; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the American Diabetes Association or St. John's Altar Society, sent in care of the Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th St., Lawrence 66044.
