Birth: Trenton Ray Ledom
Shelby Ledom, Eudora, announces the birth of a son, Trenton Ray Ledom, on Sunday, Aug. 19, 2007, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
Trenton weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and was 19-1/2 inches long.
Grandparents are Reneà Shackelford, Eudora, and John Ledom, Lawrence.
Trenton's great-grandparents are Don and Connie Warmker, Eudora, Chuck and Mary Ledom, Lawrence and David Boyd, Eudora.
Great-great-grandmothers are Betty Wheeler, Dodge City, and Barbara Boyd, Swampscott, Mass.
Trenton was named after his great-grandfather Don Ray Warmker.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
