• Verbal disturbance. At about 8 a.m. in the 900 block of Locust Street, officers responded to a verbal disturbance. Officers removed a 59-year-old male from the property.
• Arrest. At about 2:20 p.m. in the 1600 block of Cottonwood Street, officers arrested a 40-year-old male after a domestic disturbance.

Friday/August 10

• License plate theft. At about 2:20 p.m. in the 2700 block of Montrose Circle, officers took a report of a stolen license plate.
• Arrest. At about 11:50 p.m. in the area of K-10 mile marker 12, officers arrested a 19-year-old male for driving under the influence.

Sunday/August 12

• Theft report. At about 6 p.m., in the 900 block of East 15th Street, officers investigated a report of a stolen cell phone.
• Arrest. At about 8 p.m., in the 900 block of Locust Street, officers arrested a 58-year-old man for domestic battery.

Monday/August 13

• Arrest. At about 12:20 p.m. in the 1100 block of Birch Street, officers arrested a 26-year-old male for failure to appear in municipal court.
• Arrest. At about 11:10 p.m. in the 1200 block of Helen Court, officers arrested a 62-year-old male for obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct.

Tuesday/August 14

• Alarm. At about 12:20 p.m. in the 700 block of Main Street, officers responded to a business alarm. Officers determined the alarm to be malfunctioning.

Wednesday/August 15

• Arrest. At about 11:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of Main Street, officers arrested a 33-year-old for driving on a suspended license.
• Fire. At about 1:20 p.m. in the 500 block of Ash Street, officers responded to a fire call. An electrical line caused a small fire in a tree.

Thursday/August 16

• Damage. At about 12:25 p.m. in the area of 12th Street and Stevens Drive, officers investigated a report of a broken window. Officers have not determined if the damage was caused intentionally or by accident. There are no suspects at this time.
• Forgery. At about 4 p.m. in the 300 block of East 10th Street, officers responded to a forgery report. A 52-year-old male attempted to write a stolen check. Officers forwarded the report to the district attorney for review of charges.
• Disturbance. At about 5:35 p.m. in the area 10th and Church streets, officers worked a disturbance between two juveniles. Officers contacted the parents of both juveniles and the situation was resolved.

Friday/August 17

• Arrest. At about 10 p.m. in the 1000 block of Winchester Road, officers arrested a 43-year-old male for driving under the influence.

Saturday/August 18

• Arrest. At about 1 a.m. in the 2000 block of Church Street, officers arrested a 30-year-old male for driving under the influence.
