Twenty-three residents and friends enjoyed the birthday party Friday evening in Pinecrest II clubroom.

Clarice Morriss and Alta Vorhies went to Lawrence Sunday afternoon for lunch and shopping.

Bud Neilson returned home Tuesday evening after being a patient at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

Felicia Brown, Lawrence, visited her mother, Alta Vorhies, Monday morning.

Tillie Bichelmeyer received word Thursday of the death of her niece Shirley Elmer Chappell of Arlington, Wash.

Dean and Cindy Hinkle, Bonner Springs, and their granddaughters Chanley and Emma Easley, both of Basehor, visited their aunt Tillie Bichelmeyer Friday evening.

Jane Wetzel, Westwood, spent Sunday afternoon with her aunt Tillie Bichelmeyer.

Tammy Lathrom had a 13th birthday party for her son Tyler Saturday afternoon in Pinecrest II clubroom. Guests were his brother Dylan Lathrom, cousins Katy, Ryley and Jack Adams, all of Lawrence, his grandparents, Jim and Jeanne Adams, Winchester, James Adams, Jena Adams and Ron Wineinger, all of Lawrence; Glen and Joyce Wineinger and Deloris Barnes.
