Memorial services for Ruth H. Dunavin, 92, Eudora, were Saturday, Jan. 20, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary Eudora Chapel.
Mrs. Dunavin died Monday, Jan. 15, 2007, in Winter Haven, Fla.
Survivors include seven sons, L.D. Dunavin, Pittsburg, Mo., Daniel K. Dunavin, Winter Haven, Fla., Roddy D. Dunavin, Perry, Terry L. Dunavin, Tonganoxie, and Dennis R. Dunavin, Robert L. Dunavin and Gary K. Dunavin, all of Eudora; two daughters, Jean Colley, St. Louis, and Paula D. Guffey, Perry; 27 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Flowers and cards may be sent to the family in care of the funeral home, 1003 John L. Williams Drive, Eudora 66025.

As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
