Youth group meeting
The middle school youth group at Eudora United Methodist Church will meet from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the church's temporary office, 1114 Spruce St.
All Eudora youth are invited to participate in the youth group.
Pastor Michael Tomson-DeGreeff and Aletia Vaughn are sponsors for the high school and middle school groups.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
