College notes

Jacob Cloud-Holloway, Kelsey Epperson and Brianne Walker, all of Eudora, were named to the Dean's List in Baker University's College of Arts and Sciences for earning at least a 3.5 grade-point average during the spring 2007 semester.


  • Johnson County Community College conducted its commencement ceremony in May. Spring 2007 graduates from Eudora include Charles Bannister, Rebecca Barrera, Dustin Deathe, Anna Fernandez, Melissa Grammer, Andrew Humburg, Courtney Kurtz, Tina Lencioni, James McLean, Sara Miller, Kaylen Schmidt, Heather Simons and Kaori Wakabayashi.

  • Christina Lauber, Alison Scott and Melanie True, all of Eudora, received semester honors at Kansas State University during the spring 2007 semester.

Students who received semester honors rank in the top 10 percent of their classes in their respective colleges and were enrolled in at least 12 semester hours of graded coursework.


  • Nathan Cardiff, Eudora, was named to the Dean's Honor Roll for the spring 2007 semester at Fort Hays State University.

The Dean's list recognizes students who earned a minimum 3.6 grade-point average.
