Fundraiser set
The Eudora High School choir and band will be selling large metal Cardinal heads from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at C&S Market. The two groups are selling the Cardinal heads as a fundraiser its spring 2008 trip to Orlando, Fla.
The heads are $30 each and can be hung inside or outside.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
