Police report

Sunday/June 10
¢ Arrest. At about 2:30 a.m. in the area of Kansas Highway 10 mile marker 11, officers arrested a 30-year-old male for driving under the influence.
¢ Crowd control. At about 4 a.m. in the 1400 block of Church Street, officers stood by a business at that location to control crowds that had left establishments in Lawrence that closed for the night.
¢ 911 hang up. At about 7:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of Cherry Street, officers responded to a 911 hang up call. Upon arrival, officers found determined it was a 913 misdial.
¢ Carbon monoxide. At about 8:20 a.m. in the 2700 block of Stratton Drive, officers responded with the Eudora City Fire Department to a carbon monoxide call.
¢ Accident. At about 8:40 p.m. in the area of Ithaca Court and Stevens Drive, officers worked a two-vehicle non-injury accident.

Monday/June 11
¢ Safety check. At about 12 a.m. in the 1200 block of Church Street, officers received a report of a woman possibly in distress. Upon making contact, officers found the 19-year-old was walking home to her apartment.
¢ Prowler call. At about 12:40 a.m. in the 1700 block of Sycamore Street, officers investigated two separate calls of a prowler in the area. Upon arrival, officers found no evidence of suspicious activities.

Wednesday/June 13
¢ Arrest. At about 11:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Cherry Street, officers arrested a 34-year-old for driving under the influence, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.

Friday/June 15
¢ Accident. At about 5:45 a.m. in the area of K-10 and Douglas County Road 1061, officers responded to a non-injury one-car accident.

Saturday/July 16
¢ Arrest. At about 2:50 a.m. in the area of K-10 mile marker 11, officers arrested a 25-year-old female for driving under the influence.
¢ Crowd control. At about 4:10 a.m. in the 1400 block of Church Street, officers stood by a business at that location to control crowds.
¢ Accident. At about 10:50 a.m. in the 700 block of Fir Street, officers worked a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
¢ Noise complaint. At about 8:20 p.m. officers responded to a noise complaint at the Grandview Mobile Home Park. Officers made contact with the occupants and the problem was resolved.
¢ Gas spill. At about 9 p.m. in the 1400 block of Church Street, officers assisted the Eudora City Fire Department in cleaning up a gas spill.

Sunday/June 17
¢ Arrest. At about 1:35 a.m. in the 1400 block of Church Street, officers arrested a 17-year-old male for driving under the influence.
¢ Criminal damage. At about 4:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Ash Street, officers responded to a report of criminal damage. Officers found windows broken out of the driver side doors of a car. There are no suspects.
¢ Burglary. At about 7:30 a.m. in the 300 block of West 26th Street, officers responded to a burglar report. The victim reported a checkbook stolen from an unlocked van. Officers have no suspect information.
¢ Theft report. At about 6 p.m. in the 1400 block of Church Street, officers investigated a theft report. A female victim reported leaving her purse at a business at that location. Upon returning, the victim found the purse missing. Officers have no suspect information.

Monday/June 18
¢ Child in need of care. At about 8:15 a.m. in the 1500 block of Stevens Drive, officers investigated a 14-year-old female child in need of care.

Tuesday/June 19
¢ Accident. At about 4:40 p.m., in the area of 10th and Church streets, officers worked a two-vehicle non-injury leaving the scene accident. Officers contacted the parties involved. Charges are pending in municipal court.

Wednesday/June 20
¢ Theft. At about 2:30 p.m. in the area of 12th Street and Stevens Drive, officers investigated the theft of an all terrain vehicle. Officers later found the vehicle. The case is still under investigation.

Thursday/June 21
¢ Citation. At about 11 p.m. in the 1400 block of Elm Street, officers cited a 16-year-old for consumption of alcohol. The case is pending in municipal court.
