We will not have the birthday party or potluck in March because so many residents are sick.

Randy Ryan, Linneas, Mo., and Monte Kampfer, Perry, visited their mother and grandmother Betty Ryan Friday evening.

Tillie Bichelmeyer reports she is doing a little better and hopes to come home Tuesday.

Bertie Morriss was a dinner guest Sunday evening of her daughter and son-in-law Merlene and Price McCormick. Other guests were Kevin and Anna McCormick and Killian of Lawrence, Travis and Misty McCormick and children Kasi and Kurtis, and Travis and Brandi McCormick and children Jace and Carmon.

Clarice Morriss and Alta Vorhies went to lunch together after church Sunday.

Tammy Lathrom will have surgery Tuesday in Lawrence.

My daughter Sharon Musick and Gale Wichman of Clarinda, Iowa, visited me Thursday morning.
Wesley and Gale Wichman spent several days visiting LaVerne and Sharon Musick.
Sunday afternoon, Sharon, Carol Scott, Clarice Morriss and I attended a reception at Wyandotte Lodge Hall No. 6 in honor of Jim Sanders, David Lasher, Judy Cashman, Benny Cashman, Nancy Luikart, Susan McGinnis, Howard Sanders and Jackie Christian. All are elected officers of different branches of the Odd Fellows and Rebekah lodges in the Kansas City district.
