The right stuffing
Don Grosdidier, Eudora Assistant Superintendent of Schools, Curriculum and Instruction, stopped by Jason Gray's culinary arts class at the Eudora Technical Education Center to teach the students how to make his famous Thanksgiving stuffing.
It started as a stuffing recipe circulated throughout Eudora Middle School by then teacher Grosdidier. Now, it's a Eudora School District phenomenon.
Grosdidier has seen the popularity of his dish grow as teachers who have used it are reminded by family members to bring "that stuffing recipe."
As the ingredients cooked, students began to remark about how good it smelled and mouths began to water. The final product more than passed the taste test, as the combination of Italian sausage and sourdough bread swayed even the pickiest eaters.

Point of View
What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
