Eudora High School hosting blood drive
The Eudora High School Student Council will have a community blood drive from 2 to 6 p.m. Oct. 18 in the commons area at Eudora High School, 2203 Church St.
All donations through the Community Blood Center benefit local hospital patients. Each registered donor will receive a T-shirt.
Donors are asked to eat well and drink plenty of fluids prior to donating. In addition, they are asked to bring identification like a Community Blood Center donor card or driver's license.
Donors must be at least 16 years old, weigh 110 pounds, and be in good health. Sixteen-year-olds must have parental consent.
