The Eudora High School students in the Eudora De Soto Technical Center returned from the Skills USA Competitions with 15 top-10 finishes, five medalists, three state champions, eight statesperson awards, a membership increase plaque, a five-year service pin recipient (Mr. Daniel), three one-year service pin recipients (Mr. Stewart, Mr. Horton, and Mrs. Mueting) and a newly-elected Skills USA Board of Directors member (Mr. Gray).

The following Eudora High School Culinary Arts students became nationally certified in Food Safety and Sanitation by the National Restaurant Association: Erik Ahlen, Natalie Gloshen, Amanda Graff, JoAnna Male, Jennifer Raines, Cheyenne Stephens, Lindsay Hickock, Matt Hughes and Tom Stanley.
