Jankowski honored

During their annual meeting and exhibits in Orlando, the Academy of General Dentistry awarded Patrick Jankowski, DDS, with the Fellowship Award.
The award, which was given to more than 240 dentists at the meetings, is presented to dentists who continue to provide the highest quality of dental care by remaining current in their profession.
Jankowski live in Eudora and practices dentistry in Lawrence. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Douglas County Dental Society, the Eudora Planning Commission and the Eudora Lions Club.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
