Eudora High School graduate Tina Clark was a homecoming candidate at Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina in September and she was inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor Society in October.
Membership into Alpha Chi requires a student be of junior or senior status, have a minimum accumulative GPA of 3.5, be nominated and sponsored by a KWU professor and have demonstrated leadership and campus involvement.
In addition to other activities, Clark was the sole actor in the production of 'Amelia Lives,' which was written and directed by a senior theatre major at KWU.
In the play she documented the life of aviator Amelia Earhart through acting and dialogue in the hour-long production. Performances were Dec. 3 and 4 on the KWU campus.
Clark also was named to the Presidential Honor Roll for the fall 2007 semester by earning a 4.0.
She graduated from Eudora High School in 2005.
Kelsey Epperson, Allison Greenfield and Brianne Walker, all of Eudora, were named to Baker University's College of Arts and Sciences Dean's List for maintaining a 3.5 grade-point average or higher during the fall 2007 semester.
Nancy Knaggs and Darcy Demetre, both of Eudora, had degrees conferred upon them by Washburn University during commencement ceremonies Dec. 14.
Knaggs received a bachelor of health science and Demetre earned a master of business administration.
Ashley Moran, Jennifer Tyler and Crystal Eisman, all of Eudora, were named to the fall semester Dean's Honor Roll at Washburn University.
To be named to the list, a student must be enrolled in at least 12 graded semester credit hours and attain a semester grade point average between 3.4 and 3.99.
