Class of 1968 reunion

The Eudora High Graduating Class of 1968 has announced plans to have its 40th reunion party Saturday at Eudora City Hall. The class will gather at approximately 1 p.m. for the annual parade and return to City Hall for more food and fun.
This year's gathering will be different in that class members have invited all graduates of Eudora High School from 1958 through 1978 to join them at 8 p.m. Friday in Lawrence on the patio of Set 'Em Up Jack's.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
