EHS Cheer squad car wash

The Eudora High School cheerleaders will have a car wash from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Kwik Shop, located at 1436 Church St.
They are requesting donations to raise money for the summer cheer camp they will attend next week at the University of Missouri, which costs each participant $256.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
