Coach hopes summer work translates

At the end of this wrestling season, Eudora coach Bill DeWitt would have described himself as frustrated. DeWitt expects so much out of his teams that any disappointment gets him upset. However, when he had time to step back and see the progress his kids made throughout the year, DeWitt realized just how much his team accomplished.
Easter Bunny Pancake Breakfast

This is the third in a series of features on the artists who have works on display and for sale at Coffee Talk, located at 724 Main St. As Laura Carriker sits at a table in Coffee Talk with her daughter, Connie Ehrlich, she answers questions posed to Connie. Connie, in turn, does the same thing when questions are posed to Laura. While it’s a small quirk one needs to get used to in the context of an interview, it is indicative of the kind of relationship they have.

Kapeh Utz Coffee comes in a black and white bag. At the bottom of the front label are the words “good coffee” and “organic.” While the packaging is simplistic, the manner by which the coffee within that bag has found its way to Eudora is anything but.
