I’d never been to the state track meet in Wichita before this year.
My initial concerns dealt with the location, I mean it seems logical that the meet would rotate between the other Division 1 schools in the state.

Eudora High School special education teacher Ty Pattison is having a pretty good month.
Not only is school finished and he can get in on the end of turkey season, but he also was chosen as the Eudora Chamber of Commerce’s teacher of the month for May.

There was a remarkable story in this month’s Eudora High School graduation that is so routine it went unmentioned. Of this year’s senior class of students, 94 out of 96 graduated.

At state the stadium is larger, the lights shine a little brighter and the competition is the best anyone has seen all year.
