Trunk-or-Treat

The Eudora United Methodist Church will have its annual Trunk or Treat from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday, 2084 N. 1300 Rd.
All ages are welcome to trick or treat from car to car and enjoy games and fun. Canned and boxed food item donations will be collected to help stock the shelves of the Eudora Food Pantry.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
