Cardinals rout Cyclones, 49-7

The Eudora Cardinals (2-1) celebrated their homecoming night with a rollicking 49-7 victory, racking up 516 yards of offense over the visiting Ottawa Cyclones (0-3).
Three different Cardinals rushed for more than 100 yards spurring an attack that piled up 444 yards on the ground. Ryan Mendel and Evan Cleveland each ran for 117 yards to lead Eudora's rushers with Cleveland adding two touchdowns to his impressive evening.
Eudora scored all seven of its touchdowns rushing the ball and made 20 first downs in the contest. Cardinals' quarterbacks were four of eight for 72 yards in the air.
The Cardinals defense also had a stellar night, holding the Cyclones to just 117 total yards and forcing three turnovers.
