Railroads will be subject of Eudora Historical Society meeting

The Eudora Historical Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. May 21 at Eudora City hall, 4 E. Seventh St.
William S. Worley, an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City will present the story of the railroads in Kansas.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
