JV football tops De Soto
The Eudora junior varsity football team took on De Soto on Monday at Eudora and won the game, 20-6.
Next up for the junior varsity team is a home contest against Ottawa at 4:30 p.m. Monday in Eudora. Ottawa will play freshman and sophomores only.
Freshman football wins
The Eudora freshman football team beat Spring Hill 46-36 in its season opener last Thursday at Spring Hill. Next up for the freshman team is a home game against De Soto Thursday at 4:30 p.m. in Eudora.
Soccer schedules C-Team matches
Eudora has added two C-Team games to its soccer schedule. The first match is against Spring Hill at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 5 in Eudora. The second match is against Baldwin at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 12 in Eudora.
The Baldwin match will be an all-girls match, which will be the first time in school history that Eudora has played an all-girls soccer match.
JV soccer drops two
The Eudora junior varsity soccer team lost 7-0 at Gardner Thursday and lost 5-2 to Baldwin Saturday at Eudora. The soccer team will play Paola Thursday at home, then Saturday at Tonganoxie and Baldwin Tuesday at home.
EHS volleyball blackout planned
To show support for the Eudora High School volleyball program, all Eudora fans are encouraged to wear a blackout T-shirt during the home matches on Senior Night Tuesday against Ottawa High School. The games will begin at 5 p.m.
Order forms for the blackout T-shirts are available in the high school office, or from any EHS cheerleader. Short-sleeve shirts are $7 each and long-sleeved shirts are $10.

JV volleyball sweeps
The Eudora junior varsity volleyball team beat Bishop-Ward (25-17, 25-17) and Perry-Lecompton (25-13, 25-13) Thursday at Perry. The volleyball played in the Spring Hill Tournament on Saturday and went 1-4.
