Weather-related cancellations

The following events have been cancelled because of weather conditions:
• Eudora USD 491 has cancelled all classes and activities for Friday.
• Thursday night's meeting of the Eudora Pedestrian Safety Committee cancelled.
• USD 491 has cancelled classes for Thursday.
• All Eudora USD 491 after-school activities have been canceled for Wednesday.
• Holy Family Catholic Church in Eudora has canceled its Wednesday night classes.
• H1N1 clinic at Eudora Middle School on Wednesday has been canceled. It will be rescheduled.

What do you think about a proposed ban on smoking in public places such as restaurants, bars and workplaces?
As much as I hate government interfering with our lives, I love the smoking ban. Going out in Lawrence is so nice without smelling cigarette smoke at your table while eating.
