- The city of Eudora is tentatively closing N1300 Rd (White Dog Road), located just east of Route 1061, as of Tuesday, March 22, for road improvements. Keith A. Browning, director of Public Works and Douglas County engineer, announced the road closing in an e-mail to public officials and media outlets.
