Denise LaRosh ( in Tonganoxie) says...
“Yes, as a matter of fact, I saw President Obama when he spoke at the World War I Memorial in Kansas City during the 2008 presidential campaign. I also saw Jimmy Carter speak in St. Louis when he was President. Rosalynn was with him and, afterwards, when they came into the crowd to shake hands, I shook her hand.”
Wesley Williams ( in Tonganoxie) says...
“Not particularly. I think Ronald Reagan would have been cool to see in person, but that won't be able to happen, now will it?”
Amanda Altenhofen ( in Tonganoxie) says...
“I saw Bob Dole speak in Topeka when he announced his bid for president for the 1996 elections. There are no political figures who I would like to see speak at this time.”
