It was an up and down day for the Eudora track team in May when it traveled to Santa Fe Trail High School for it’s 4A track and field regional.

Eudora wrestling coach Bill DeWitt is no doctor, but last spring he diagnosed his team with “Jayhawk-basketball syndrome.” It was a way for the coach to explain his team’s repeated frustrations at the state wrestling tournament.

Eudora senior Travis Clarke wrestles Saturday at the regional tournament. Clarke was one of four wrestlers to finish in the top four of the tournament, earning a bid to the state tournament.
