Yes i do work for a fire department. I am currently working with the iraq people and helping them learn up to date tactic on fire control and supresson issues. I work for the government and i am stationed in Iraq with the military. So to answer your question "Yes". Now if you work for a department please advise!
One Question: What happens after there suspensions are up if the board even lets them come back???????? Have both of those gentlemen though of that? Last time I checked Kansas is a work right state, and to be a volunteer in a work right state they have no rights! Just a thought
I was just wondering when the old chief got suspended why was there a full front page article in the Eudora news about him, but when the Lt. got suspended there wasn't even a story. I guess someone on that department leaked some information to the press. In my opinion I think the Eudora Township board should really look into starting over, cleaning house! I think the board should get rid of the upper positions cause its all gone to the heads. Replace the old chief, acting chief, Captain, Lt's and put the positon in the paper to recieve application on a new chief! Look what it has done for the city. I just got back from Iraq and there is more confussion here with this command staff and board than there is in Iraq!
