* TIMING...PERIODS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP DURING THE DAY. SLEET WILL GRADUALLY END FROM THE
NORTHWEST BY MID AFTERNOON.
* SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ON AVERAGE.
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE. THE CONTRIBUTION FROM SLEET
SHOULD BE LESS THAN TWO INCHES.
* WIND CHILLS...BETWEEN 10 BELOW ZERO AND 20 BELOW ZERO BOTH
TODAY AND TONIGHT.
* IMPACTS...SLICK ROADS ARE LIKELY WITH SOME BLOWING AND
DRIFTING. REDUCED VISIBILITIES ARE LIKELY IN THE HEAVIER SNOW.
FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE WITH EXTENDED EXPOSURE
TO THESE TEMPERATURES.
