* UNTIL 200 AM CDT.
* AT 802 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT HEAVY
RAINFALL WAS PRODUCING MINOR FLOODING ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. A
FEW LOW WATER CROSSINGS IN THE FORT SCOTT AREA WERE WATER COVERED
AFTER BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL OVER THE PAST FEW
HOURS.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL IS CAUSING MINOR FLOODING.
