AT 1222 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. RADAR AND
SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATE THAT BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES OF
RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN.
CREEKS...STREAMS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.
