* UNTIL 500 PM CDT THURSDAY.
* AT 1054 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. RAINFALL RATES WITH THE
STORMS MOVING OVER THE ADVISORY AREA ARE IN EXCESS OF AND INCH PER
HOUR. STORM MOTION IS TO THE NORTHEAST AT LESS THAN 10MPH WHICH
WILL ALLOW FOR A LONG DURATION OF RAINFALL.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING.
