* PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL COLORADO AND NORTHWEST KANSAS...
INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...
CHEYENNE CO...KIT CARSON AND YUMA. IN NORTHWEST KANSAS...
GREELEY...WALLACE AND WICHITA.
* UNTIL 3 PM MDT /4 PM CDT/ THIS AFTERNOON
* THUNDERSTORM MOVEMENT UNDER 10 MPH WILL RESULT IN EXCESSIVE
RAINFALL RATES OF 2-4 INCHES PER HOUR AT TIMES. THIS HAS THE
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING DUE TO EXCESSIVE
RUNOFF.
* RURAL ROADS MAY BECOME IMPASSABLE DUE TO MUDDY CONDITIONS OR
FLOODING IN LOW LYING AREAS.
