MORNING...
* SNOW ACCUMULATION...GENERALLY RANGING FROM ONE-HALF INCH UP TO
AROUND 2 INCHES...WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS GENERALLY FAVORING
AREAS SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80.
* WIND...SUSTAINED FROM THE NORTH-NORTHWEST AT 20 TO 30 MPH...
WITH GUSTS UP TO AROUND 40 MPH.
* VISIBILITY...RESTRICTED TO AROUND ONE MILE IN BLOWING SNOW
THROUGH MUCH OF THE EVENT...BUT COULD PERIODICALLY BE
RESTRICTED TO AROUND A HALF MILE OR LESS DURING THE HEAVIEST
SNOWFALL.
* IMPACTS...DESPITE FAIRLY LIGHT SNOW AMOUNTS...VISIBILITY
RESTRICTION IN BLOWING SNOW WILL PROMOTE DIFFICULT TRAVEL
CONDITIONS ACROSS THE AREA.
* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE FALLING ACROSS THE AREA THIS
MORNING...BEFORE GRADUALLY ENDING FROM WEST TO EAST BY MID-
MORNING.
