.HIGH RELATIVE HUMIDITY... LIGHT WINDS... AND RESIDUAL MOISTURE
FROM RECENT SNOW MELT HAS CREATED FAVORABLE CONDITIONS FOR
WIDESPREAD FOG DEVELOPMENT THIS MORNING. THE FOG HAS BECOME DENSE
IN SOME LOCATIONS REDUCING VISIBILITIES DOWN TO ONE QUARTER MILE
OR LESS. TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING WILL PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT OF
LIGHT RIME ICE ON EXPOSED SURFACES.
